Terms & Conditions
- You must trial the mattress for at least 14 nights, you then have up to 30 days to let us know if your new mattress is not suitable by email and choose a new mattress.
- If you are still dissatisfied, you must submit your email inside that time limit.
- You can then choose another mattress from us, you will need to pay an extra 15% on the exchanged product for covering the fact that we have to re-sell your mattress as a used product and any transportation costs.
- A mattress protector needs to be used to protect the mattress within the trial period. Purchasing our Essential, Cotton, or Copper mattress protectors will qualify you for the 30 night period.
- If the mattress is stained or damaged in any way the Trial Guarantee will be invalid.
- Maximum of two exchanges are allowed.
- The exchanged product must be of the original order value or more. If it is not, you will be given a credit note for the remaining balance.
- This sleep guarantee excludes any special sizes or bespoke orders, including Euro-king size (160cm x 200cm)
